PBI Explorer is a new, free tool that provides a code-first view of a PBIX report. All visual properties, settings, and relationships are fully exposed in Tabular Editor style, with a git-like diff view between two versions of the same report. The first preview version will be released very soon, you can register to receive a message when it is available.
