• Public preview of hybrid tables in Power BI Premium
Hybrid tables can mix a partition in DirectQuery mode with data imported in other partitions of the same table. It is an evolution of the incremental refresh, called "real time support". Only available in Premium, in reality the DirectQuery mode can be applied to any partition. Much to study and to test, as for any new feature.
