These can be created only in Tabular Editor for Power BI Desktop, or they can be present in a Tabular model published on Analysis Services. There is also a new lasso select for data points in a chart and the dynamic formatting of measures with calculation groups applied is not supported on more visuals - the previous July 2020 release supported only Matrix, Table, and Card visuals.
