Can someone please elaborate the help section with some screen shoot / How to examples for using this tool. it can be a very powerful tool; but at this time the UI is and lack of "how to" examples is kind of not working in favor of the use of this tool.. Please can you provide step-by-step examples on how to use this tool?

I tried all that.. but I am still getting errors.. (I can provide screen shot) it is now missing input file. although I have got the input and output file....
